The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of smoking school cessation program in the adolescent smokers. In this study, the anti-smoking class and the follow-up support program developed an effective method to help teenagers from stopping smoking. The results of this effort have been analyzed in this paper. At first, the quantity of cigarettes smoked between groups made no difference, but there was an obvious difference in the rate of people who stopped smoking and in the quantity of cigarettes smoked. According to the results of the study, we can conclude that the anti-smoking class is an important method in strengthening ones will to quit smoking, but it has a minimal effect in prolonging the positive effects for the long term To keep the program attendees smoke-free, continuous moral support is needed; here the follow-up support plays a big role not only in raising the rate of success in the level of reformed smokers, but also in lowering the quantity of cigarettes smoked.
